感谢 KT 的邀请，这次带着东方茶，与Seven Yi 一起来到了曼谷瑰丽酒店 Lennon‘s Bar。

以抹茶为题，开启了这场属于风味的跨海之旅。我这次用到的抹茶精选自贵州铜仁—得益于那里的云雾气候与高海拔土壤，茶粉自带极佳的鲜爽与草本清香，清醇回甘。

很感谢曼谷客人们的喜爱，2个小时，全场特调便全部售罄。

用一杯 TeaTail 跨越山海，我们对东方茶文化与在地表达的探索，仍在继续。

Huge thanks to KT for inviting Seven Yi and me to bring our interpretation of Eastern tea to Lennon‘s Bar at Rosewood Bangkok.

We set out on this journey centered around matcha—specifically sourced from Tongren, Guizhou. Born from high altitudes and mist-shrouded soils, this matcha brings a vibrant, crisp umami and elegant botanical aroma with a long, clean finish.

Endless gratitude to the Bangkok crowd for such incredible energy—we completely sold out in just two hours!

On Aug 2nd, alongside Three Cents—the brand was founded by a group of bartenders in search of the perfect cocktail mixer— Ring, Founder of Bar Choice, will take over Flow Bar & Lab Shenyang for a one‑day event: The Science of Long Drinks.

The day features a masterclass decoding the fundamentals of long‑drink mixology, followed by an exclusive guest shift showcasing four tea‑forward cocktails. Journey from theory to tasting, and experience both the science and artistry behind the perfect long pour.

Traveling south through terroir, we stop in Shenyang, Xi’an, and Guiyang—capturing misty tea mountains and seasonal flavors in every glass, exploring new dimensions of tea-infused mixology.

We open in Shenyang, July 31–Aug 2, at the Inone Cocktail Market, pouring Bar Choice’s heritage tea spirits.

On Aug 2, alongside Three Cents—the brand built for bartenders—we take over Flow Bar for a one-day The Science of Long Drinks: a masterclass decoding long drink fundamentals, followed by an exclusive guest shift featuring four tea-forward cocktails. From the afternoon masterclass to guest shift night, 6 hours of craft brought an unforgettable flavor experience from one of Asia’s top bars to cocktail lovers across the city.

From a single bar to a global presence, Byungjin proves: stay rooted, respect nature. That is the purest creativity.

Yet I still miss the warmth of you all gathered at the bar.
Grateful to Dualism for inviting Bar Choice to bring our tea cocktail journey here.
Ring and Erzal, collaborating for the first time, unveiled flavor profiles shaped by their distinct regional characters.
Brief as this guest shift was, the memories of taste and travel will linger forever.
