Ahead of New World Wine Discovery 2026, we were honored to welcome Ying Hsien Tan MW to Shanghai Roosevelt Club at The House of Roosevelt for his first visit to the property.

As the first Singaporean Master of Wine, Ying Hsien Tan has played an important role in shaping wine culture across Asia through judging, education, and consultancy. His visit marks another step toward what we hope will be a serious and thoughtful blind tasting competition next June.

Looking forward to welcoming an international panel of judges, producers, and guests to Shanghai for a conversation about where great wine can come from today.
