10BBL Direct Fire Brewhouse – Electrical Commissioning

A look inside our workshop as our electrical technician is commissioning a 10BBL direct fire brewhouse.

This system is equipped with pneumatic butterfly valves and a PLC-based control panel, providing a more automated and convenient brewing process.

The control system is being checked and tested to ensure the pumps, motors, temperature controls, pneumatic valves and other electrical components are working properly before shipment.

From stainless steel fabrication and piping to electrical wiring, automation and final testing, we pay attention to the details at every stage.
