We’ve been mixing things up a bit here at BO by trialling a few warmer Peruvian dishes in preparation for the less sunny seasons. Tonight we recommend the Seco de Cordero - deliciously tender lamb cooked in a fresh salsa verde of coriander, green chill & lime. Great to share with a bowl of ceviche, good company & a pisco or 3!
