This chill bar housed by the lake in a faux Qing dynasty boat in Ritan Park serves up a range of teas and simple food, alongside a carefully selected drink list.

MUSIC SOULZ live in concert !

Coming from different nations spanning the entire world (Barbados, Cape Ve...rde, Italy) giving their sound a unique flavor. This band mainly comprises of flute, guitar, drums, piano and vocals. However, they also incorporate other instruments such as percussion (congas, bongos and djembe) and beat-box. Their main genre falls in line with progressive and smooth contemporary jazz, batuku and morna but are always willing to create fusions with hip hop, rock, reggae, flamenco, bossa nova and the list goes on.

DOUG MARTIN PROJECT

Since 2012, American Jazz guitarist and composer, Doug Martin, has led his own Gypsy Jazz project in Beijing, China. The quartet, which includes himself on lead guitar, Kevin Sun on rhythm guitar, Jia Jia on drums and ET on bass, performs gypsy jazz in the tradition of Django Reinhardt as well as hot latin grooves and fiery, traditional gypsy waltzes.
Originally from San Francisco, USA, Doug Martin has performed with some of the finest artists in the gypsy jazz world including Germany based gypsy guitarist and composer, Lulo Reinhardt, Grammy award winning guitarist John Jorgenson, gypsy guitarist Mike Reinhardt, guitarist Paul Mehling of the Hot Club of San Francisco, Swedish guitarist Andreas ?berg, Dutch gypsy guitarists Lollo Meier and Paulus Schafer as well as jazz luminaries Howard Alden and Mimi Fox.
