We mean it when we say we are always on the lookout for great breweries to feature at Mikkeller Zurich and this next one is no exception.

Starting Sunday, February 15, 2026, we are thrilled to welcome our good friends to the taps, with an exclusive lineup of kegs and cans available until stocks run out.

Based in Zagreb, Croatia, is a key player in the European craft beer scene, known for their clean, modern approach and highly drinkable yet expressive beers. They also hold a special place for me personally, as they were one of the first European craft breweries I discovered outside of Mikkeller, so they are close to my heart!

You will now find them on their very own dedicated tap line here at the bar ( #13)

Mikkeller goes to Switzerland — Zurich to be precise 🇨🇭

That’s right, on November 22nd we’re opening a new bar in beautiful Zurich, and we can’t wait to show it to you all 😍

The new bar will be run by local beer blogger and beer enthusiast Florian Habenicht, who first dreamed of opening a Mikkeller bar in Switzerland all the way back in 2017 when he visited Denmark and Mikkeller Bar Viktoriagade. By pure coincidence he ran into Mikkel Bjergsø in 2023 on a terrace bar in Turkmenistan, where he convinced him to open a new bar in Zurich.

Florian: “Although Switzerland has the most breweries per capita, there are surprisingly few craft beer bars in Zurich. Swiss craft breweries are often very small, which makes it difficult for them to present their creations through their own taprooms.”

Mikkeller Zurich will have twenty taps offering both beers from both Mikkeller and local craft breweries.
