The BBQ begins at 5pm and there will be a BBQ, Craft Beer, Wiedikerli, and Live Music by Kapälla Vörig - Kapällä Vörig

Today we are releasing our latest Craft Beer of the Month and it is clean, bright, and unmistakably Swiss.🇨🇭 This 4.7% “Origin Dry Hopped Lager” is brewed with 100% Zurich ingredients!!

We used AhoiHill Pilsner malt, Tango hops from Stammheim, and the classic Hürlimann S-189 lager yeast. This lager has floral, herbal, and citrus hop aromas resting on a soft bready malt backbone, which makes this a well balanced and refreshing beer of choice. Brewed to celebrate the 2026 FIFA World Cup, this craft beer is a tribute to Swiss precision, local ingredients, and traditional craftsmanship. 🍺🇨🇭⚽️

The Origin Lager is now available in the Web Shop and at the brewery.

Inspired by the Mediterranean and brewed in Zurich. Our newest craft beer of the month is a 5.3% “Italian Pils”

The Eraclea malt lends a soft, polished backbone. Hopped with Swiss Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Spalter Select for delicate floral notes and gentle spice.

Close your eyes… you’re basically on the beach. 🏖️

The Italian Pils is available tonight at the brewery and in the web shop. 🙌

We have a new Craft Beer of the Month and this one is where tradition meets a bold new twist. A Belgian Saison reimagined!

We decided to release this beer early, so you all can enjoy April 20th (420) with a fresh new beer.

This 7.5% “420 Saison” is a fresh, experimental, and anything but ordinary. This beer has been crafted for those who like their beer with personality and a touch of cannabis. Light one up; and by that we mean your taste buds. Happy 420 😉🌿🍺
