Liebe Gastronomen, Freunde und cocktailfans. Kommenden Sonntag, den 29.oktober, öffnen wir, ausserordentlich im rahmen der Züri Bar Show, unsere graue Tür für euch. Simon kistenfeger, Global BA von Altos Tequila, wird bei uns von 21 - 24 uhr uns die bar übernehmen. Bereits am Nachmittag ist Anthony im 25hours an der Bar vorzufinden. Wir freuen uns euch. 🩵🩷

Der hospo, friends and cocktailfans. This following sunday we are opening our little gray door for the Zürich Bar Show. Simon Kistenfeger, the global BA from Altos Tequila, is taking over our bar from 9pm until midnight. During the Day Anthony will tend the bar at 25hours. So swing by. Whats poppin at Nonchalant?

Preparations!
On a daily base there are further developments. Different gimmicks, new plants, new bottles, new paint jobs and so on. For example our house facade is getting painted next week.

Behind the curtains we are working on our first cocktail menu and our upcoming barfood and are planning our next steps. Inbetween all of this madness our doors are open for everyone. So swing by for a drink and to have a first eye sight of whats goin.

Lets talk about drinks. 🩵🩷

Pisco Sour:

The first two pictures in our slideshow are shots taken off a classic pisco sour. Topped of by Jan with colorful bitters.

Pisco/Sugar/Lime/Aquafaba

Matcha Picchu:

The last two photos are our variation of a Pisco Sour. Its a splitbase of pisco and pear eau de vie. Instead of sugarsirup the sweetener is a matcha sirup. Lime juice for acidity and aquafaba to turn it into a fluffy cloud.
