La storia di Sapori Ticino è di curioso approccio, poiché questa manifestazione, dal cuore moderno e pulsante, ha radici legate all'amore per questo delizioso angolo di Svizzera. In quell'anno Dany Stauffacher, appassionato ticinese, si impegna ad unire un gruppo di grandi Alberghi e Ristoranti stellati che, accomunati da un obbiettivo comune, decidono di mettere a disposizione la loro professiona

lità per dar vita ad un evento che sapesse valorizzare l'ospitalità e le bellezze del territorio a cui appartengono. Da allora sono passati 8 anni e S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino si prepara a vivere la prossima attesissima edizione...! Stay tuned :)

Last night, in the stunning setting of the Swiss Diamond Boutique Hotel La Romantica over 200 guests raised a glass to the close of the 19th edition, this year dedicated to Brazil.

Two months of exceptional dinners, talented chefs and passionate partners who once again shone a spotlight on our territory, taking Ticino’s know-how beyond its borders. 🇧🇷✨🇨🇭

A true immersion into Brazilian gastronomy, enriched by special events celebrating fine food and wine as a powerful tool for connection and communication.
