学习酒店管理其可以不知品酒的奥秘，学联先后组织同学们去参观了瑞士的酒厂与酒庄。Swissgrapes里面有品种各不相同，但是物美价廉的葡萄酒，全部都是瑞士本地制作。其中有一个小的存酒仓库只允许每次通过一个人，据说里面可以同时容纳150人左右。 Domaine Du Daley酒庄至今已经上百年了，已被列入沃州的非物质文化遗产，坐拥日内瓦湖的绝美景色和先天的地理优势，成为沃州地区的一颗珍珠。
Oenology is a vital part for the Hospitality students to learn about. EHL CSSA has organized tours to the vineyards to bring a unforgettable experience of our fellow students. We experienced different vineyards that some have a wine cellar that can only let a single person to move in and out. Among them, Domaine Du Daley Vineyard has hundreds years of history, and be named as the Intangible Cultural Heritage. With the splendid geographic location and wonderful view, it has been the pearl of the Vaud.
