Brewer's Assistant & Service Team Member (30–50% Brewery | 50–70% Service)
Do you love craft beer, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of a small, passionate team?
We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to split their time between helping brew craft beer and delivering great hospitality at Hüsi Bierhaus.
Your Role
In the Brewery (30–50%)
Working alongside our brewer, you'll help with all aspects of production, including:
Brewing
Cleaning and sanitising brewery equipment
Kegging, packaging and labelling
stock management
Quality control and general brewery maintenance
Brewing experience is helpful. A passion for craft beer and a willingness to learn are far more important.
In the Bierhaus (50–70%)
You'll also be an important part of our front-of-house team:
Serving beer, food and drinks
Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
Recommending our craft beers
Keeping the bar and restaurant clean and organised
Helping create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
Is hardworking and reliable
Is physically fit (brewery work involves lifting kegs and grain sacks)
Has experience working with craft beer and brewing
Works well independently and as part of a team
Speaks English (German is a bonus)
Has hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
