Cuatro días llenos de alegría, sabores, música, abrazos y muchísimos recuerdos que quedarán para siempre en nuestro corazón. ✨🇲🇽

Celebrar un aniversario más de El Catrín fue mucho más especial gracias a todas las personas que pusieron su talento, energía y cariño para hacerlo posible.

Gracias a los chefs que compartieron su pasión a través de cada platillo, al experto en mezcales por llevarnos a descubrir y celebrar nuestra cultura, a los mariachis .ch por llenar cada noche de emoción y alegría, a nuestra increíble artista de piñatas por crear magia y color, y a la talentosa artista de maquillaje infantil que hizo sonreír a tantos niños durante estos días tan especiales. 💫

Y por supuesto, gracias a cada persona que vino a celebrar con nosotros, a quienes han sido parte de este camino y siguen construyendo esta familia llamada El Catrín. ❤️

✨🇲🇽 Un reconocimiento que marca nuestra historia 🇨🇭✨

Este año celebramos 10 años de El Catrin… y lo hacemos con un honor que nos llena el corazón.

Hemos recibido el Sello M, en el marco de la semana de la gastronomía Mexicana, un reconocimiento otorgado por el Gobierno de México a los establecimientos que preservan y representan la auténtica cocina tradicional mexicana.

Y hoy podemos decir con orgullo que somos:
🌟 el primer restaurante en toda Suiza en recibir este reconocimiento. 🌟

Hace 10 años comenzamos este proyecto con el sueño de compartir un pedacito de México en Ginebra: sus sabores, su cultura, sus tradiciones y su calidez.
Cada plato, cada receta y cada detalle han sido una forma de honrar nuestras raíces.

Queremos también expresar nuestro más sincero agradecimiento a la Embajadora de México Cecilia Jaber por su apoyo y por acompañar iniciativas que mantienen viva nuestra cultura fuera de nuestro país. 🇲🇽✨

Y felicitamos también a La Tienda El Maíz por su reconocimiento, celebrando juntos el trabajo y la pasión por promover la auténtica gastronomía mexicana en Suiza. 🌽❤️

En el marco de la IV edición de la Semana de la Gastronomía, que se celebra del 04 al 08 de mayo, la Embajada de México en Suiza reconoce el talento y la pasión de quienes llevan nuestra cocina al mundo. 🇲🇽✨

Hoy comparatimos el testimonio de la Chef Gabriela Castellanos, del restaurante El Catrín en Ginebra, quien comparte con orgullo los sabores, colores y tradiciones de México a través de cada uno de sus platillos. 🌮🍽️
