You see... this menu isn’t for drinking. It’s for reading. It’s for waking up. Because if art doesn’t make you a little uncomfortable, well... then it’s just decoration on the wall.
I’m sharing a series of images dedicated to the reality in Gaza. It’s about what happens when humanity is stripped right down to the bone.
Twelve years ago, I built MixologyArt from nothing. It was a blank canvas, driven by that old passion to create and to serve. But life... life is rarely a straight line. Six years ago, the exhaustion started to seep in. The very tool that had helped me so much just didn’t speak to me the same way anymore.
Four years ago, I decided it was time to stop. And today, I finally understand why. You can’t talk about hospitality if you close your eyes to what’s happening out there. Hospitality isn’t just about serving a drink; it’s a political act. It’s a refuge for our shared humanity, and a guardian of our memory.
For twelve years, I’ve looked at the world through a glass. But today, that glass isn’t a filter... it’s a witness. On this International Cocktail Day, I’m choosing empathy over indifference. Because if our craft doesn’t stir the soul, then we aren’t doing much at all.
Memory over silence. Always.

The first cup of life should not be empty.

Some classics are served over stolen soil.

Not everything white nourishes the body.

Serenity Lounge

A room shaped by contrast. The glow of Tokyo after dark, the discipline of Japanese form, and the stillness of water in motion.

Light moves softly across curved surfaces. Reflections drift through the space. Nothing shouts, yet everything is felt.

Designed for slow conversations, precise drinks and nights that stay with you long after they end.

Not a theme. A mood with memory.

A series of cocktails created for the reopening of Enigma, developed in collaboration with Albert Adrià.

A return to product, seasonality, and liquid clarity. No unnecessary additives, no excess technique, just a few ingredients, treated with precision and respect. Bar and kitchen working as one, building flavor from the ingredient itself.

KIWI BASIL SMASH ( seasonal )
Clarified kiwi juice, basil water and basil oil, vodka, fresh lemon, a touch of sugar, and Lustau white vermouth.

Dry, refreshing, and herbal. A clean reinterpretation of the Basil Smash, focused on purity, balance, and intensity of flavor.

Yes, bartenders know how to burn the ice.
That’s why we don’t support ICE.
We don’t support racism dressed as policy.

This profession was built by migrants.
Behind every bar, behind every recipe, behind every glass,
there is a story that crossed a border.

Mixology is migration in motion:
flavors traveling, traditions mixing, cultures meeting.
There is no cocktail without diversity.
There is no bar without difference.
There is no hospitality without humanity.

From the bars, we resist.
From the shakers, we resist.
With every drink we serve, we celebrate inclusion.

Shake the ice.
Break the fear.
Stand against racism.

Long live migration.
Long live the mix.
No to racism.
No to ICE.

Bartending is a migrant profession,
and we are proud of it.

A metro tunnel transformed into a cocktail bar.
The original structure remains; a new experience takes shape.
Subtle intervention, honest materials, design guided by light.
Captured through an architectural lens.

Not every bar needs four walls.
Some only need vision.
