Mor Kuzhambu, also known as Buttermilk Curry, is a traditional dish that hails from the culinary heritage of Kerala and Tamil Nadu in South India.

The origins of Mor Kuzhambu are rooted in the resourcefulness of Indian homemakers who devised this recipe to prevent excess curd from going to waste. Over time, it has become a staple at wedding feasts and special occasions, with various regional variations.

At Kuchun’s the dish is an Ash gourd curry with curd & coconut tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves
served with blue pea flower infused rice 🦋
