The BK is Hiring!

LEAD SERVER/BARTENDER & EVENING SUPERVISOR

The Black Knight Pub is looking for an experienced, reliable person to join our team in a hands-on leadership role.

This is a working supervisory position combining regular serving or bartending shifts with responsibility for helping lead our evening operations.

The role includes:

• Serving or bartending during regular shifts
• Supervising front-of-house staff during assigned evenings
• Staff scheduling, shift coverage and time-off requests
• Assisting with hiring, training and onboarding
• Handling customer and operational issues
• Working closely with the General Manager to keep the pub running smoothly

We’re looking for someone with strong hospitality experience who is dependable, organized and comfortable taking the lead in a busy pub environment.

The position is primarily evenings and weekends, with some daytime shifts.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive compensation based on experience, plus paid time off, phone allowance and travel allowance following successful completion of a probationary period.
