Style: Dry-Hopped & Fruited Sour
5.5% ABV / 25 IBU
Ingredients: Barley, Oats, Wheat, Hops, Passionfruit, Mango

Tart, hoppy and just a little sweet, Sourly Departed brings together bright mango and passionfruit with a vibrant hop character and a refreshingly tart finish.  A fitting tribute to our departing brewer Adam who had been with OGC since day one.  Just like the beer, Adam’s enthusiasm and zest for life are somehow always a little more than you expected.  Bon Voyage, you’ll be dearly missed 🩷

Presenting the Tocino Burger 🍔

For Le Burger Week, we have a fusion of sweet and savory cured ground pork tocino, paired with a purple brioche bun with sesame seeds, topped with lettuce and pickled onion, daikon, carrot, caramelized grilled pineapple and a sweet and tangy garlic burger sauce. Served with sweet potatoes fries, this burger pairs perfectly with IPA or blonde Ale 🍺
