I’m officially halfway through my season, and I’ve got to say… I’ve been living my best little trailer life.

Want to know what goes on behind the scenes?

Mom is the mastermind behind all the fun. She walks every couple through their signature drink consultation, helps create custom cocktails, designs each bar menu, and somehow remembers every little detail. (Seriously… I don’t know how she does it.)

Dad is my personal pit crew. He makes sure I’m sparkling clean, road-ready, and looking my absolute best before every event.

And me? I just roll in, look cute, pour amazing drinks, and pretend I did all the work. 😏

Behind every booking is a whole lot of love… and a whole lot of prep and consultation 🌿🍋

This past weekend, we got everything ready for Derek & Amanda’s beautiful wedding at West Pond Woods | Manitoba Micro Wedding Venue 💍✨

Every event starts long before the first drink is poured. This weekend’s prep included:

🌿 Making homemade mint simple syrup with fresh garden mint
🍈 Hand juicing fresh limes
🧂 Mixing our homemade cocktail rimmer
🍓 Picking up fresh fruit from our favourite local market, Jardins St-Léon Gardens Market
🍋 Preparing fresh garnishes
🖋️ Creating custom bar signage just for the couple

These little details take time, but they’re what make every event uniquely yours. We believe our guests can taste and see the difference.

It’s a lot of work before the first guest arrives, but watching everyone enjoy those handcrafted cocktails makes every minute worthwhile.
