Today is bittersweet as we say goodbye to not only an incredible boss, but also a true leader, mentor, and someone who has made a lasting impact on all of us.
Working with Scott over the past 10years has been more than simply coming to work every day. Your leadership, patience, encouragement, and belief in the people around you have helped us grow both professionally and personally. You led by example, reminding us what it means to be part of a team.
While we are sad to see you leave, we are also extremely excited for you as you begin this new chapter in your career. No doubt that you will bring the same passion, dedication, and leadership to your new role.
Thank you for the lessons, the challenges, and most importantly, the memories.
