Another fine night with BBQ and here this Saturday, June 13th.
The weather forecast be looking sh*tty, but inside we got it going on with some sinfully good food and muaic. Smoked baby back ribs or bone in chicken breast served with our baked back beans, cumin fried rice and creamy coleslaw. Also have BBQ shrimp or maple glazed carrots and some of our other standard fair for the evening 😀

BBQ ready by 5, music starting sometime after 8.

As per standard operating procedure another layer post (we're working on doing better) for our Bella Vista Wednesday Night. This time we got Nathan Rogers and making their debut here. Be another quality night of music, drinks and food. We'll have on special all night long.

Second patio now open on Ellice in front of the ! Next week we'll be sprucing it up with some pretty flowers and grasses, as well as hooking up some speakers. The side patio still there for those not wanting to be street adjacent.

With the new patio and the hot weather, we got ourselves some new pours on tap. Brand new to us is which makes for a lovely pour. It's been a while, but now be back, is Juicii

Now that we have a cider on tap, we'll be figuring out some other ways to serve it up. To start off, we have a Juicii Snakebite, half Kilter Juicii and half Dead Horse Cider.

This is going to be something special and apparently also there debut. Some great talent making this new trio something to check out. So who's in the trio, well you can check out page and see what faces you recognize. I'm pretty sure I know the lineup, but would hate to be wrong and start some misinformed rumors....

Ah f**k it, if I'm wrong let me know but pretty sure we got , and playing as The Day Breakers! Looks to be a lovely night, patio be opened and the place will be a rocking!

Chicken smash burger we now got. Chicken smash, you ask WTF is that? We smash some chicken breasts into some tender cutlets, fry it up with some cheese, and finish it with bread and butter pickles, sun-dried tomato aoli and pickled red onions. The price you ask, $10! And for our introduction to this savoury bite, we are pairing it with amber lager for $15! Yes, you read that correctly, chicken smash burger and an Astra amber for $15! Hell, at that price might as well have 2!

Mark has been channeling his Japanese cuisine (he has lots of experience here) with this Shrimp Sunomono Salad that is the perfect dish on a hot summer day. Cucumber and rice noodles tossed in a sweet rice vinaigrette and topped with some pan fried shrimp. Damn fine indeed.
