I don’t know why people are still posting they like this place when it’s been closed since June 30 2017 because of the landlord never did anything that they were supposed to do. By the way my landlord was the owners of the bourbon.They liked when I paid my rent but they should wouldn’t fix the problems that had to be fix.

The new Tops is closed until my landlord from the bourbon bar and grill gets there work orders done.As soon things get fix I will let the public know .Thanks

A big shout out to The Jeff Hoagland band and Canada South Blues Society for a fantastic night of the best blues I've heard in years! The house was packed and everyone had an amazing time! We hope you all have a safe trip to Memphis and bring back a win as you all deserve!

The Jeff Hoagland Blues Band performed at the New Tops Of Windsor located at 1269 Ottawa Street for their Road to Memphis Fundraiser. After winning the Canada South Blues Society’s Blues Challenge, the band will be competing in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis Tennessee which runs February 1-4, 2017.
