From June 10-16, we will be donating $1 FROM EVERY PINT SOLD to the YUKON CANCER CARE FUND in collaboration with the Stix Together Yukon River Quest Team!

To date, this incredible team has raised over $140,000 (since 2016) for the Cancer Care Fund, which provides direct financial assistance to Yukoners and Northern BC residents facing cancer diagnoses.

A Winterlong hazy IPA like no other! We tried some different hopping techniques to get an even smoother, even juicier mouthfeel and used some punchy New Zealand hops for bold tropical, citrus and peach flavours (welcome to Winterlong Nectaron & Riwaka)!

A style we have yet to brew at Winterlong, and one that used to be on our home brew rotation on the regular! This is a malty masterpiece, melding 5 different specialty grains from . It’s toasty with light toffee and chocolatey notes with just the right balance.

DYK: The word ‘Sima’ is the Southern Tutchone word meaning Red Ochre, a perfect fit for this red ale!
