Antoinette’s is an eclectic, artful local favorite restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere serving global cuisines with a Caribbean twist. Traditional, authentic ingredients are used, enabling our kitchen to hold true to varied and interesting cultural recipes. We devote an enormous amount of time and devotion to the near-arcane art of spicing techniques and selection culled from the many cuisines we

have chosen. A simple pinch of freshly crushed nutmeg married to some lime rind can make all the difference. It’s amazing how much space in the kitchen is taken up by all manner of spices from all over the world. Caribbean cuisine has always been a source of fascination for us. It is as diverse as its ecosystem and as rainbow hued as the many influences that color its culture. Carib, Spanish, Portuguese, British, French, Dutch, African, Chinese, Indian, American, Arab and German are touches and techniques which at once enrich and distinguish the region’s intense cookery. We also serve a selection of signature cocktails that help one “Lime” or “chill” to our world music beat. Small wonder food critics and gourmets mark us as “one of the most fascinating restaurants in the country.”

We are asking the help of everyone to try and get the tool bag of our Vietnamese Maintenance man Minh back. This man took his tool bag just as he stepped out for a minute. It contained his impact drill, grinder, electric saw, high capacity batteries and charger as well as his drill bits set and specialty tools. Almost $1,000 lost and now he has no tools to work. Please DM us to help return some Holiday cheer to Minh. Thank you.

Introducing our Jamaican Goat Stew. Made with an old Jamaican heirloom recipe. We use fresh Yukon Goat from Sunny Spot Goat Farm in Marsh Lake. This delicacy is made using Jamaican curry powder, onions, ginger, allspice, tomatoes, potatoes, seeet yams, cumin and spring onions. Please help us help our local farmers.
