Got questions about WVBF? We’ve got you covered. 🍻

Here are a few things to know before you head to the festival:

⏰ Drinking starts at noon: gates open at noon, then you’ll go through an ID and bag check, grab your wristband and WVBF sampling mug.

💧 Free water stations will be available, so bring an empty reusable water bottle to fill up throughout the day.

🍺 Last call is at 4:30PM, with final pours at 4:45PM. Then keep the day going at Longhorn Oktoberfest from 5PM until 1AM.

🌮 Come hungry. Local food vendors will be serving throughout the festival. Outside food is not permitted.

🐾 Pets are not permitted, unless they are registered service animals with identification.

🔞 WVBF is 19+ : minors, including infants and toddlers, cannot enter the festival grounds due to liquor licensing requirements.

🚶 Getting there: The festival is easily accessible from the Village Stroll, with parking available in Day Lots and underground hotel parking. Please plan a safe ride home if you’re drinking.

🚪 No re-entry once you leave the festival grounds, so make sure you have everything you need with you.

🚭 No smoking or va**ng is permitted on site.

Heading to Whistler Village Beer Festival 2026? Here’s what to know before you go. 🍻🏔️

📍 Whistler Olympic Plaza
⏰ Gates open at 11AM

Before you head down, make sure you’ve got:

🪪 Two valid pieces of ID
🎟️ Your ticket downloaded on your phone
💧 An empty reusable water bottle
💳 A credit card for extra tokens and food

We’ll see you at the Plaza for a full day of good pours, good food and good times. 🍺
