The Bright & Tight salad starts with heirloom tomatoes fresh from Sunwing Farm in Saanich.
Paired with roasted beets, arugula, pepper-chive goat cheese, and housemade focaccia croutons, finished with a lemon-chervil vinaigrette and balsamic.

The past few days have taken a toll and we are doing our best to get opened up.
We unfortunately will not be open for lunch today.

We will be open 4pm - Sellout Today.

We can't thank you all enough for all the support (and patience) these last few days.
So many of you have come to us with the kindest words, stories of celebration, memories and thanks.

It truly has been our pleasure serving you for almost a decade.

We have had to close after our lunch service today to catch up.. we will reopen at 4pm.

Tomorrow is our last day.. Hours will be:

Lunch: 12-2pm
Reopening: 4pm - Sell out.

The love and support has been overwhelming - but we are stone cold OUT OF FOOD!!

We've adjusted our hours.

We are switching Sunday for Monday to bring you three final days of a fully loaded SULTY experience.
New Adjusted Hours:

Monday, February 10th: 4pm - Sellout
Tuesday, February 11th: 12pm - Sellout

Last Day:
Wednesday, February 12th: 12 - Sellout

Dear Pierogi & Poutine Lovers,

The love and support we have received following the announcement of our upcoming closure.. has been absolutely incredible and overwhelming!
Last night the Restaurant was full with a waiting list.. and we actually ran out of food!

So that being said.. we are currently working very hard to make more pierogis to hopefully satisfy as many of you as possible - one last time.

We have had a flood of people trying to come in and phoning this morning that we've had to unfortunately turn away.
We will be opening at 3pm today.

It's the Final Count Down!
We are short staffed and your patience is greatly appreciated.

With very heavy hearts, we have to announce the upcoming closure of Sult Pierogi Bar & Papa's Poutinerie.

Our last day open will be Wednesday, February 12th, 2025.

The last few years have been very hard for the restaurant industry, and we have fought a great battle, but unfortunately there was no winning this one. We don't see this year being the year to save this industry.

We would love to see as many of you as we can before we close our doors forever.
If you have gift cards, please use them.
Come say farewell with us.

It has been our pleasure to host and serve you over the last nine and a half years.
