Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to every guest who came to see us one more time before our closing. Your kindness and support truly touched our hearts. We’re deeply grateful for your patience and understanding, especially when the kitchen is busy.

Seeing so many familiar faces and feeling your warmth made our final days unforgettable. It has been our greatest honor to serve you and share our love for Japanese cuisine. It’s been an incredible journey made possible by our amazing guests. We are deeply thankful for every visit, every meal, and every kind word. Though this chapter ends, the joy and connections we’ve built will always remain with us. Please stay following us on social or join the mailing list (link in bio) for the new location announcement.

Since opening in June 2018, E:Ne Raw Food and Sake Bar has had the honor of serving many cherished guests and creating meaningful moments together.
We would like to inform you that our final day of operation will be Friday, October 31, 2025.
We sincerely thank everyone who has supported and visited us throughout these years. Your time with us will always remain a meaningful part of E:Ne’s story.
For those who wish to visit once more, we invite you to join us before October 30.
This is not a farewell but a new beginning — in early next year, we look forward to welcoming you again under the name Nubo at a new location.

✨ New Arrival on Our Sake Menu ✨

We’re excited to introduce Kaze no Mori Tsuyuhakaze 露葉風507. 🍶🌿

This sake is crafted with local rice Tsuyuhakaze, which is characterized by a very large starchy core (shinpaku), with a complex yet harmonious flavor.

This unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted (Muroka Nama Genshu) sake offers a lively freshness with an abundant effervescence. The aroma is delicate, carrying a gentle fruitiness. Expect notes of strawberries, melon, and the warmth of freshly steamed rice. Rich and silky in texture, along with a bright acidity that lingers beautifully.
