This week’s Break Even Bottle is Kihei Single Malt Japanese Whisky.

Expect notes of vanilla, peach, dark chocolate, and ripe mango on the nose, followed by a smooth palate of honey, vanilla, and gentle spice. A finish of toasted Mizunara oak lingers with just the right touch of bitterness for a beautifully balanced sip.
