We're celebrating 27 years on Oct 18 and will have a special feature menu available next weekend. Oct 16-17, enjoy some of our classic Zambri's favourites like Osso Bucco and the Arrabbiata Pizza.

Reservations are open so book in to secure your favourite times before they fill up. Can can't wait to celebrate 27 years with all of you!

Happy belated birthday to the splendid Alaina! Alaina has been part of the Zambri's family since she was 16! Starting assisting on the floor, moving her way up. When she left to finish school out east we were so sad to see her go. So imagine our excitement when she returned and we jumped on an opportunity to bring her on as the Events Manager and Restaurant Co-Manager!

Alaina is beyond talented. Hospitality lives in her (must be those Gouchie genes 😉). She is kind, empathetic, and revered by all the team. And we are so incredibly lucky to have her as a part of ours.

Housemade Rigatoni Alla Norma

Saanich Organics eggplant, capers and red onion in tomato. Bergamot and basil leaves. Finished with ricotta salata cheese.

This pasta originates in Catania, Sicily, the birthplace of composer Vincenzo Bellini whose composition “Norma” is the pastas namesake. When playwright Nino Martoglio was served this pasta he allegedly cried out "Chista è 'na vera Norma!" ("This is a real Norma!") upon tasting it.
Stating that the dish was a masterpiece at the level of the much loved opera.

Happy (belated) birthday to our token Frenchman, Yann! Yann has been with us since almost the beginning, held many roles, and has become part of the Italian family. Smart, funny, passionate, he fit right in from day one. And although he had to convince us to hire him, we’re so glad he did. Add persistent to the list of great qualities. 😅

We wouldn't be here without you, Yann. You have guided us through good and bad times and always held steady. We hope you have the best birthday celebrations. We wish we were with you! 🍾🥂
