Last night we joined the launch of — a brand new creative hub in downtown Victoria built around sustainability, culture, and community ❤️

It was inspiring to see what happens when local makers, builders, and neighbours team up with to bring new energy (literally!) to an old space.

We’re excited to be part of this journey — and to keep serving up local flavour right here at 650 Yates!

It is a Korean dish made with thinly sliced beef brisket called chadol and seasoned bean sprouts stir-fried together with our various seasonings.
