Some projects become more than a build. They become a destination.

Northstar was initially brought in by the landlord to execute the landlord scope and, through collaboration, also carried out the tenant improvement scope under the same permit.

This project was a true team effort.

The Tora Tiki ownership team brought an incredible amount of experience, creativity, and sweat equity to the table. Their understanding of hospitality and hands-on approach allowed the entire project to move efficiently from start to finish.

At Northstar, this is exactly where we thrive — solving problems, coordinating complex scopes, and working alongside highly capable people to bring ambitious ideas to life.

Today, Tora Tiki has become one of Victoria’s go-to destinations. Walk through the doors and it feels like you’ve been transported somewhere tropical without ever leaving downtown.
