本日8月1日、ZAKKUSHI Groupは22周年を迎えることができました。
この22年間、支えてくださったすべてのお客様、取引先の皆さま、生産者の皆さま、関係者の皆さま、そして日々お店を支えてくれているスタッフ一人ひとりに、心より感謝申し上げます。
皆さまとの出会いとご支援があったからこそ、今日という日を迎えることができました。
私たちは創業以来、「北米で最も愛される日本食・居酒屋」を目指して歩み続けてきました。
そして、その想いは23年目を迎えるこれからも変わることはありません。
また、私たちは飲食店であるだけではなく、
「食を通じて文化を伝え、人を育て、街を明るくする会社」
でありたいと考えています。
料理だけでなく、人とのつながりや日本のおもてなしの心を大切にしながら、地域に愛される存在を目指して、一歩ずつ前に進んでまいります。

Today, August 1, marks ZAKKUSHI Group’s 22nd Anniversary.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of our valued customers, business partners, suppliers, producers, and every member of our team. We would not be here today without your continued support and trust.
Since the very beginning, our goal has been to become the most loved Japanese Izakaya in North America. As we begin our 23rd year, that vision remains unchanged.
We also believe our purpose goes beyond serving great food.
Our mission is to share Japanese culture through food, develop people, and contribute to brighter, stronger communities.
By creating memorable dining experiences and fostering meaningful connections, we hope to continue making a positive impact on everyone we serve.
