We’re back!
We also want to set the record straight. We’ve done the necessary work to reopen our kitchen.
We want to assure the public that our food is safe and there continues to be a high standard of sanitary practices amongst our kitchen team and staff.
Government postings can be ambiguous. However we have to comply with every directive and we have done so. We are not making excuses with regard to that.
We have had issues with our kitchen exhaust system; which in turn can cause build up of grease despite a daily cleaning regime. Those have been fixed.
Additionally; our space is aging. Our flooring in the kitchen was another concern due to this matter. We have re-tiled to ensure those surfaces remain clean at all times. Again; we have always retained best practices with regard to regular cleaning and sanitizing.
One other directive pointed towards pest control. Our contract recently expired with our last provider. We did not meet the demands in terms of ensuring it was continuous between contracts. That has been resolved as well. We apologize there was a gap in between.
We want to ensure everyone that our product is safe, our kitchen is clean, and our food is as good as ever. We can understand how this must look, and even how this message may be taken. We are committed to providing quality and safe food.
We still have lots of work ahead. There are things that need work. Again; this is an aging space. We are committed to improving that too.
