Ticketing Website Improvements and Box Office Hours Update

We will be implementing ticketing website upgrades next week to better serve our patrons and renters.

For this purpose our purchase.trail-arts.com website will be down from Thursday, September 10 from midnight to 6 a.m. PST on Friday, Sept. 11.

Please be aware that it will only be unavailable longer if we encounter an unforeseen issue requiring correction.

To implement this change, our Box Office will not be open on Thursday, September 10 or Friday, Sept. 11.

We will also be changing our Box Office hours from next Tuesday, September 8 to 1 pm to 5 pm. The Box Office will also still be open 1 hour before each show.

Be part of The Bailey team! Become an usher.

Under the direction of the Trail Arts Council and Guest Services Manager, the Theatre Usher performs combined customer service, emergency evacuation and light janitorial work on an as-needed basis in the Bailey Theatre.

Our season is year-round but mostly from September to May and an usher's schedule is based on upcoming events.

The Theater Usher will exercise courtesy, tact, diplomacy and some persuasion in handling complaints and inquiries from the general public. The goal is to create a safe and positive experience for patrons and performers who visit the theater.

Apply in person at 1501 Cedar Avenue from Tuesday to Thursday from 12-4pm or email your resume to [email protected].

$18.25 per hour.

Thank you to every one who came out to this season's Kootenay Savings Music in the Park.

Our staff, volunteers and partners Trails Incredible Farmers Market and Diverse Family Roots helped us create another summer of amazing live entertainment (mostly) in Gyro Park.

The Trail After School Band Program starts Sept. 17. They offer the opportunity to join in a concert band for all from grade 4 and up, and have instruments available for those without.

The After School Band is getting ready for our September 17th start!
New beginner members can sign up for our 1 hour start up appointments, which are now available through our website.

Reminder for those who need to know, although fees are due after the first month($100 per session), the rental deposit ($150) has to be paid before an instrument can go home.

We are excited to have Ribin Koshy opening the Night Market with his band tomorrow night playing keys, guitar, cajón and tabla.

The Kootenay Insurance Services Night Market this Thursday, August 13, will have lots to entertain the whole family.

Due to the smoke, for everyone's safety, we are moving Thursday's Music in the Park into The Bailey Theatre at 1501 Cedar Ave.
