September’s Taco of the Month has entered its deli era. 🌮🥪

Meet The El Rubèn — our slightly unhinged taco tribute to one of the all-time great sandwiches.

Flour tortilla, crispy Gruyère, house-fermented sauerkraut, thinly shaved corned beef, Toronto Island Dressing and a caraway rye crumb.

It’s a Reuben. It’s a taco. It’s probably going to upset a few traditionalists on both sides.

We can live with that.

Meet our Taco of the Month: Chorizo Dorado. We’re talking a smashed chorizo patty with those crispy, caramelized edges, layered with golden crispy potatoes, topped with a smooth Serrano-avocado crema, and finished with crumbled cheese for that perfect salty hit.
