September’s Taco of the Month has entered its deli era. 🌮🥪

Meet The El Rubèn — our slightly unhinged taco tribute to one of the all-time great sandwiches.

Flour tortilla, crispy Gruyère, house-fermented sauerkraut, thinly shaved corned beef, Toronto Island Dressing and a caraway rye crumb.

It’s a Reuben. It’s a taco. It’s probably going to upset a few traditionalists on both sides.

We can live with that.

This month, we’re diving into The L***r Queen of Minnesota by J. Ryan Stradal—a heartwarming, hilarious, and perfectly thematic tale of family, midwestern grit, and the pursuit of the perfect pour. It’s basically required reading for an evening at Eastbound!join us Wednesday, April 29th for pints, great conversation and a good & b**r pairing that goes along with the book.
