Once a month, we’re bringing some of our favourite Ontario w**e producers to our HEATED Bloor St back patio for an intimate tasting experience🔥

2024 Syrah + 2024 Gamay are here 🍷

Syrah might be our most underrated w**e: bright, peppery, smoky and full of raspberry + plum. Plump and generous Syrah grapes from the clay heavy Redfoot Vineyard were detsemmed and fermented on skins for 4 weeks before 10 months in barrel, 12 months in bottle. 99 cases produced, $30 / btl.

Gamay brings black cherry, red currant, violets and earthy minerality. Old vine Gamay from the Willms Vineyard was fully destemmed and fermented in stainless steel before 10 months in barrel and 12 months in bottle. 99 cases produced, $27 / btl.

Two reds made for warm days and cool fall nights 🍂

Introducing Chandelier ✨

Our newest introduction to the PGV family, Chandelier, is a single varietal 2023 sauvignon blanc thats giving lemon merengue pie, white flowers, salt and late-summer grass 🍋🧂☀️ 83 cases produced 👀

Chandelier spent 18 months in neutral french oak on fluffy lees. This treatment exposes the w**e to a slow oxygen ingress, concentrating the profile and developing tertiary flavours that lean towards to a Loire-style sauvignon blanc. If you like textured, salty and oxidative whites, this if for you. Open the bottle and experience it change over time.

To introduce Chando to the world, we brought it around town to some of Toronto’s most dynamic chandeliers (swipe to see 👀)
