Introducing Chandelier ✨

Our newest introduction to the PGV family, Chandelier, is a single varietal 2023 sauvignon blanc thats giving lemon merengue pie, white flowers, salt and late-summer grass 🍋🧂☀️ 83 cases produced 👀

Chandelier spent 18 months in neutral french oak on fluffy lees. This treatment exposes the w**e to a slow oxygen ingress, concentrating the profile and developing tertiary flavours that lean towards to a Loire-style sauvignon blanc. If you like textured, salty and oxidative whites, this if for you. Open the bottle and experience it change over time.

To introduce Chando to the world, we brought it around town to some of Toronto’s most dynamic chandeliers (swipe to see 👀)
