Our very own Sous Chef Tyler Lin is one of the six finalists in the first-ever Canadian edition of the World Young Chef Young Waiter Competition!

Next Monday, Tyler will compete with the other young talents at Don Alfonso 1890 and showcase his exceptional skills and passion for the title of Canada's top young chef.
