Continuing our International Women’s Day weekend spotlight with the woman behind MIX6IX Bartending Co. ✨

Meet Sharon Miao, the founder and owner of MIX6IX Bartending Co. Sharon began her career as a teacher in the school board before making the bold decision to step away from the classroom and pursue her passion for hospitality and the bar industry.

With nearly a decade of experience in food and beverage operations, flavour development, and elevated cocktail experiences, she has spent years creating thoughtful cocktail programs and delivering seamless events throughout the GTA with MIX6IX. — now recognized as one of Toronto’s leading bartending companies.

What started as a small side hustle has since grown into a company dedicated to exceptional service, memorable cocktail experiences, and building a strong team within the events and bar industry.
