We couldn’t celebrate 10 years of International Axe Throwing Championships without the OG Food Vendor at Homecoming. Back by popular demand: Cherry Street Bar-B-Que!
Cherry Street’s pit-smoked meats are cooked over white oak using ‘time-honoured’ and classic Southern smoking traditions. They also offer a selection of classic and alternate sides. The unique flavour profiles draw on a variety of regional styles and influences. Like the multi-cultural nature of the city, Cherry Street is proudly Toronto BBQ. And just like their cooking techniques, Cherry Street has been a time-honoured tradition at IATC since its inception in 2016, so we only felt it fitting to have them joining us once again!
