For 55 years, nine aircraft have risen into the Canadian sky. Not to defend a border. Not to fight a war. But to remind us who we are.

In 1971, from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, a small team of pilots took to the skies in the Canadair CT-114 Tutor. They called themselves the Snowbirds.

The Snowbirds were never simply about aircraft, they were about people. The people who fly and maintain them, and the people of Canada.

For generations of Canadians, this aircraft has been more than a machine.
It has been a sound.
A sight.
A memory.
A piece of ourselves in the sky.

Fifty-five years after those first nine aircraft took flight, the Snowbirds remain what they have always been:
Precision.
Teamwork.
Excellence.
And above all… A symbol of Canada.

Thank you Snowbirds, for 55 Years in the CT-114 Tutor jet. ❤️🇨🇦

If you missed the story behind Redline Air Shows this year, they pulled a double duty weekend! The father and son aerobatic duo, based out of Ohio, flew in from New York where they were staged, flew over Lake Ontario during their performance, and then flew back to New York to perform their incredible night show at Wings Over Batavia.

So we didn't get the chance to shake their hands and thank them for a wonderful performance because they never actually touched down in Ontario! But if you enjoyed seeing them, make sure you give them some love in the comments and thank them for their double time weekend! We sure loved seeing their RV-8's in the sky.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this iconic pink jet serves more than just a stunning sight in the skies, it’s a soaring symbol of strength, resilience, and the relentless fight for a cure.

Just as aviation constantly pushes the boundaries of what is possible, the fighters, survivors, and medical heroes battling breast cancer inspire us every single day with their unstoppable courage. To everyone whose life has been touched by this disease: we see you and we support you.

Thanks to Breast Cancer Canada and their partnership this year as we welcomed the Pink Jet and their important mission to Canada for the first time.

Drop a 🎀 in the comments to show your support, or tag a warrior in your life who inspires you to keep climbing!
