Paulaner Salvatore - 7.9% ABV, 10 oz

The Paulaner Salvator with its strong typically malty taste is the original Paulaner!

The bottom-fermented Doppelbock-Bier unites the finest hops and dark barley malt. The Paulaner monks served Salvator as a replacement for food at Lent. Their most famous brewer was Brother Barnabas, who was the head of the Paulaner monastery brewery starting from 1773.

Its original recipe is today almost the same as it was in Barnabas’ time. In order to protect the original recipe, Paulaner had the trade mark "Salvator" patented in 1896.

This finest b**r is best paired with meat dishes; we recommend our Beef stew, Lamb shank, or the B**r braised short ribs

Now on tap, Chimay White:

Chimay is the name of the Trappist brewery* that produces b**r within the Scourmont abbey, Belgium, 1km from the French border, and they have been brewing b**r since 1862.

Losing their copper brewing kettles to the N***s during the war, the brewery had to restart over, but have since become arguably the most well-known Trappist brewery in the world.

Like most Trappist breweries, Chimay has a house yeast culture, some may call a “super-yeast” that can produce exceptionally complex, and elegant styles of b**r. 

The most hopped of the three Chimays, Chimay White exhibits herbal aromas of spice, golden raisins, honey, and floral notes. The palate is very complex, and drinks surprisingly light on its feet for such a high alcohol b**r,

It pairs well with Bellman's Sasauge, Kassler pork chop, and Weiner schnitzel
