On Saturday, October 3, Montréal’s famed Bar George comes to Toronto for a one-night-only collaboration right here The Dorset, bringing together powerhouse chefs Anthony Walsh (Anthony Walsh), Ryan Lister (Ryan Lister), Kevin Ramasawmy (Kevin Ramasawmy) and Nicolas Parsy (Nicolas Parsy) for an evening of cocktails, canapés and a three-course dinner with wine pairings 🍷👌.

Expect coastal oysters, a roasted scallop first course, Bar George’s signature Beef Wellington, and a rather decadent hazelnut dessert, followed by an after-dinner cocktail in the bar.

Then, from 9pm, things take a turn downstairs. The Dorset becomes Bar George for the night, with a DJ, cocktails, bottle service and more. Open for walk-ins — no dinner ticket required.

Celebrate Thanksgiving the Dorset way! 🍁🍂 This year, we’re serving festive dinner specials from Saturday, Oct 10 to Mon, Oct 12, available à la carte or as a $65 three-course prix fixe!

The star of the show is Chef and 's Proper Roast Turkey Dinner, complete with roast potatoes, carrots, mashed swede, savoy cabbage, Yorkshire pudding (of course), turkey gravy AND cranberry sauce 👏🔥. A proper British rib, with a little Dorset cheek. 🇬🇧

Our BBQ Spare Ribs made quite the impression during Summerlicious, so they’ve officially earned a permanent spot on the menu. Glazed in Dorset barbecue sauce made with , then finished with a stone fruit chutney for a proper sweet-and-tangy bite 😉.

is calling it practice ahead of 's Ribfest coming up on September 12. We’re calling it a very tasty bit of homework 🍖🔥.
