a difference. Before new staff are assigned to any event, they undergo an assessment by working as an “extra”. This gives us the opportunity to identify areas for development and, if required, to give them that little extra training in-the-field with lots of guidance and supervision. Supervisors, wait staff, bartenders, bar assists, coat check attendants and even specialized staff including cocktail waitresses and Brand Ambassadors.
