One of the secrets to Gianna’s Detroit-style pizza is our CRUST. Thick and chewy with a crisp edge, but light and fluffy so it doesn’t overwhelm. Cooked in a rectangular blue steel tray, the original Detroit-style pizzas were baked in automotive drip pans!
