With origins dating back to the 15th century, Château de Sales is known for producing wines that combine structure, elegance, and a true expression of terroir — a defining style of Pomerol.
This evening will focus on mature vintages, offering a rare opportunity to explore how these wines evolve over time and reveal deeper complexity in the glass.

A great evening at Dymon Wine Cellar
Our Pre-St. Patrick’s Day Irish Whiskey Tasting with Natterjack brought together members and guests for a night built around great whiskey and even better company.
Guided by Scott Moran, guests explored a unique take on Irish whiskey where tradition meets bold character, through three distinct expressions that sparked conversation and curiosity throughout the evening.
But more than anything, it was about the people.
New connections, familiar faces, and the kind of atmosphere that makes DWC more than just a place — it’s a community.
