drink specials every wednesday: $8 rosé, $10 aperol spritz, $30 pitcher.

sept 4 — spawn until dawn with kiju & warner (salmon festival, $10)
sept 6 — open mic pop-up on the bear patio, free, all ages + upstream shakedown with nesto & isakalu01 ($10)

Fast-paced kitchen role focused on prep, line service, plating, cleanliness, and working with the kitchen team to deliver great food during busy service.

🥐 CAFÉ COOK / BAKER

Prepare breakfast, lunch & café items while baking fresh pastries and treats daily. Help create a welcoming, high-quality café experience!

📍 The MAQ Café | The MAQ Hotel The Maq Hotel

Looking for a part-time gig to save some $$ for your travels this winter…? 🤷‍♀️
Enjoy harbour views all day? 🌅

⏰ 2-3 days a week, 7am-3pm

What we offer:

💰 $19.50–21/hour (based on experience) + tips
☕️ Part-time hours with opportunity for additional shifts
🍴 Staff Meals

• Previous barista or café experience is an asset
• Friendly, outgoing, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently when needed
• Strong customer service and coffee passion
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ideally be able to commit until end of October.
