Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Chef Julian brings a wealth of experience from kitchens across Canada and around the world. He began his career training under Michelin-starred chefs and has since cooked his way from coast to coast. His passion for food has even taken his talents internationally, with time spent working in both Australia and China! 🌎🍽️

Julian recently founded and ran a fine dining experience out East, showcasing his creativity, passion, and dedication to exceptional food. Now, this proud father of 3 is excited to come back to his roots in Ontario and bring his incredible, exclusive flavours right here to the peninsula. 🌲🌊
