UPDATED NOTICE: Cyprus Lake Campground is closed now through September 3 due to increased bear activity.

Parks Canada will reassess bear activity at that time to determine if any further closures are needed. We will continue to communicate with campers and the public once the campground can be safely reopened.

Day use areas remain open at this time.

🚗 Planning a trip to Northern Bruce Peninsula this weekend? Here's your parking update for August 14–16!

Some of our most popular parking areas are already filling up, particularly in Lion's Head and Little Cove, so a little planning before you leave can make your day much easier.

Current availability:
🟢 Lion's Head Arena – Good availability Friday and Saturday. Limited availability Sunday.
🟢 Dyers Bay – Good availability all weekend.
🟢 Devil's Monument (Borchardt) – Good availability throughout the weekend.
🟡 Big Tub Road – Reservations are available each day, but this popular location fills up quickly. Book ahead!
🟠 Little Cove – Very limited during peak daytime hours, particularly Friday and Sunday. Saturday has limited openings throughout the day.
🔴 McCurdy – Parking is very limited. Full-day parking is booked Friday and Saturday, and 4-hour parking is fully booked Saturday.

🚌 Visiting Lion's Head? Take the FREE Community Shuttle!

The shuttle runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and can help you get around Lion's Head without searching for downtown parking.

💡 Plan ahead! Availability can change quickly as the weekend approaches, so check current availability and reserve before you travel.

🚧 Construction Update: August 12 & 13 | Highway 6

Crews will be completing asphalt milling operations Wednesday and Thursday night this week, so motorists should expect night time lane closures with some short delays through the construction area.

🚗 Please slow down, follow the direction of traffic control staff, and give crews plenty of room to work.
