Pizza Menu Changes and Additions.
I added some additional equipment to our pizza line to help increase the number of pizzas and time between each one it was taking.
It seems to be working in testing. I have taken off about 8 minutes per pizza.
Now I can bake 4 at a time with proper timing and rotation.
While baking I was able to prepare 3 more for the oven next.
I am changing to a New York Style for the existing pizzas and introducing 6 new Neapolitan Style pizzas to the menu.
The sizes were also changed from Personal (same size as the small) and Share which is larger than before.
Prices were also lowered on some as well.
I have both Style balls ready for Wednesday to make any pizza.
I am attaching pictures with a brief name about each pizza that will be loaded on our website.
The only thing I can not control is the number of possible pizzas in front of your order, but being able to do three to 4 at a time is decreasing that as well.
A Pepperoni NY Style took me 4 mins to make and have in the oven, compared to the 12 to 15 minute mark before.
