💔 With the heaviest of hearts, we share the heartbreaking news that Jacques has passed away.

Jacques was so much more than a part of the Boondocks family — he was the heart of it.

His passion for food was unmatched. He took pride in what he created and loved sharing that passion with everyone around him. He was a mentor to so many at the Boondocks, teaching, encouraging, laughing, and leaving an impact on countless people along the way.

Above all, Jacques loved his family. His love for Sherrie, his children, and his grandchildren was undeniable and at the centre of everything he did. And we can’t forget his beloved dogs, who meant so much to him.

There will forever be an empty place at the Boondocks that can never be filled. His presence, his laughter, his stories, and his heart will be deeply missed every single day.

Our hearts are broken. ❤️

If you are able, please consider supporting Jacques’ family by donating to his GoFundMe or by supporting our 50/50 raffle. Every bit of support means more than words can say.

Jacques, you will be missed more than you will ever know.

Thank you for everything🕊️
