🍄🍷 Mushroom Harvest Wine Dinner — An Evening of Food & Wine

Join us at Sorrentino’s Stony Plain for a special evening celebrating the flavours of our 31st Annual Mushroom Harvest.

On Wednesday, September 16, Chef Alberto Alboreggia and Guest Sommelier Matteo Bellusci of Vendemmia International Wines come together for a multi-course dinner celebrating mushrooms, paired with a thoughtfully selected collection of Italian wines.

The evening’s menu features Involtini ai Funghi, Crocchetta di Funghi, Lobster & Crab Ravioli, slow-braised Veal Cheeks, and a unique Mushroom Apple Tart to finish.
