Today's the fundraiser day for Mr. Freelands grade 7/8 grad trip! I will answer a few questions I have been asked.
1. This will be a first come first serve, no reservations are being taken. With it buffet style though it will be quick. Don't worry about rushing to get in right at 5 and if we could also request that to keep things flowing to please not take up a table for the entire evening, thanks!
2. We will be operating just like any other evening. We will have 4 servers working and they will each be paired with a student to help along side them, with that said and as always alcoholic drinks will be served in moderation.
3. Just so guests are aware, the way we will be doing this is the poutine and Caesar salad will all be set up as a buffet style! We will have students platting for the guests to try and help with portion control. This is to control any waste, but don't worry you can go up a second time if you are still hungry! For the wing side of things we will be bringing platters to each table. This way is guarantees a nice hot product! If still hungry and need some more wings just please ask and we can deliver more to your table. This is a fundraiser for the kids so unfortunately there is no takeout of leftovers.
Think that's the main info! Thanks for the support to the class, should be a smooth sailing ship but remember this is a first for many of the kids in a real working environment so go easy on them!
